HOBART AND WINDHAM BAYS STEPHENS PASSAGE marine chart is available as part of iBoating : USA Marine & Fishing App(now supported on multiple platforms including Android, iPhone/iPad, MacBook, and Windows(tablet and phone)/PC based chartplotter.).
