Flinders Island - Whitemark marine chart is included in Tasmania nautical charts folio. It is available as part of iBoating : Australia Marine & Fishing App (now supported on multiple platforms including Android, iPhone/iPad, MacBook, and Windows(tablet and phone)/PC based chartplotter. ).
